Project Update - November 7, 2025

Crews are continuing to work on finishing road base along Seahorse Ave and Lorraine Ln.

Gravity install is scheduled to begin Monday (November 10th) on Brentlawn St.

Irrigation restoration has started on Freeport Dr, Mountain Way Ave, Northvale St, Montebello Ln. (Sewer Shed 6 Area)

Signs (shown below) will be posted in the front yards of properties the day before scheduled pipe installation will restrict driveway access for residents.

Electronic road signs on Freeport Dr are mainly for thru traffic on weekends, night time etc.

Barricades will be put up ahead of the work areas to discourage through traffic.

As always, local residents will be allowed passage beyond the barricades.
